Overview of the Major Infrastructure Project intended to increase the capacity and efficiency of the transportation network, the Côte-Vertu underground garage is a large-scale project illustrating the complex challenges of underground and railway work.

  • Estimated project value: $55 million

  • Nature of the mandate: Ongoing study for the construction of a new warehouse

Project Overview: As part of my role at Cadrin & Co., I actively participated in the planning and estimating phase for the construction of a major new logistics infrastructure in Moncton. Managed using a design-build approach, this large-scale project aims to provide FedEx with a state-of-the-art distribution center to support its growth in the Maritime region.

Project Overview: A series of strategic interventions carried out by Cadrin & Co. using a design-build approach to ensure infrastructure compliance, optimize building security, and support the ongoing efficiency of logistics operations across three interprovincial sites. The challenge lay in effectively coordinating the design and construction of these simultaneous projects while guaranteeing strict adherence to allocated budgets and the client's required quality standards.

Project: Eco-responsible mixed-use building (BCZ certification)

  • Timeline : Delivery scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2026

  • My involvement: Project carried out via Cadrin & Co.

Project Overview: This innovative development involves the construction of a 20,000 sq ft building combining commercial and industrial spaces. Designed to optimize and enhance the experience of its future occupants, the building will notably feature an elegant rooftop terrace.

Innovation and Sustainable Development. Carried out through Cadrin & Co., this $7 million mandate marks a pivotal moment: it will be the very first certified Zero Carbon Building (ZCB) project for the client Vecteur i. This certification demonstrates cutting-edge expertise and a concrete commitment to responsible, innovative and environmentally friendly construction.

Project: Amar Transport – Compliance Study (MTQ)

Project Overview: As part of my duties at Cadrin & Co., I participated in the preliminary study phase for bringing Amar Transport's facilities up to standard. The objective of this project was to assess the technical and financial feasibility of the interventions required to meet the stringent requirements of the Quebec Ministry of Transport (MTQ).

My Role and Expertise: My work involved analyzing compliance needs, quantifying the necessary operations, and developing a budget estimate for this $3 million project. This rigorous study provided the client with a clear, reliable, and quantified overview of the investments required to ensure the security and full legal compliance of its infrastructure.
