OSIP is a 500-hectare Special Economic Zone (SEZ) project located in the Lobaye region of the Central African Republic (CAR). It is a "Net Zero" industrial and multimodal hub designed to open up the CEMAC zone, address the local energy deficit, and offer a highly secure ecosystem for multinational corporations.
Development estimated at $300M

The "Capsule Houses" project involves developing a complex of 10 self-contained micro-chalets for short-term rental, targeting tourists, remote workers, and couples seeking a getaway. The positioning is premium, focused on a unique experience combining nature and Scandinavian design near Montreal.
The total initial investment is estimated at between $2.5 million

This project aims to transform the region into a world-class logistics and passenger hub by 2030. The ultimate goal is to design a modern infrastructure that meets ICAO international standards while fostering regional economic integration. This document serves as a preliminary roadmap to ensure the technical and financial viability of this large-scale investment.
